This is a place to show your pride of both your passions. The "Fins & Fire" concept was thought up by California Firefighter Greg Gutierrez. Greg grew up in Northern California on the banks of the Sacramento River. Surrounded by lake ponds and streams Greg’s interest in fishing was fueled by his mother’s love of fishing, even to the point she would pick Greg up from school with a fake doctor’s note and they would literally play hooky for the day.

Greg’s love of fishing has grown to a point where he became a professional bass crafting his skill to win several professional bass tournaments as well as having several top 10 finishes with the Bassmaster and FLW tours. He has competed in championship events all across the country an has a second place finish at the "All American" and is a two time Bassmaster Classic qualifier. Greg’s skills have earned him an invitation to be one of only 100 anglers in the world to qualify for and compete on the Bassmaster Elite Tour. Sure he is a professional bass angler but Greg’s passion is fighting fires and of course fighting fish, any fish!
